Toronto Maple Leafs: Scratching Timothy Liljegren Means It’s Trade Time

The Toronto Maple Leafs will be taking on the Anaheim Mighty Ducks tonight.

The Anaheim Mighty Ducks are one of the NHL’s surprise teams of 2022, but that likely won’t stop the Toronto Maple Leafs from destroying them.

The Leafs are on a massive heater, having won 13 of their last 15 games, and are just two wins away from their third five-game winning streak in a row (LA and Pittsburgh offering up the only resistance they’ve seen all month).

Unfortunately for the Ducks, the Leafs decided to give Joseph and his Technicolor Goalie Pads the crease for Friday’s game against the Sharks, and that means they’ll have to face Vezina favorite Jack Campell and his microscopic GAA.
