Toronto Maple Leafs Re-Sign Andreas Borgman to Extension

For the second time in as many days, the Toronto Maple Leafs have re-signed a player to a one-year deal.

This time around it’s Andreas Borgman, who will be making $700,000 next season on a two-way contract. The 23-year old is currently playing with the Toronto Marlies and is in his second season with the organization.

Here are the details of the extension as per the Leafs official Twitter page:

Leafs fans may remember Borgman being a frequent presence in the Leafs lineup during the first half of the 2017-18 season. During that time, he registered 3 goals, 8 assists, and 11 points in 48 games played.
