Five seasons later, the Toronto Maple Leafs 2010 draft class has combined for 20 games played and two points – one goal and one assist.
Toronto didn’t have a first round pick that year because, well, you know why.
One way to avoid a complete disappointment would have been to hit a home run with one of the seven players they would draft. That, clearly, isn’t the case. Just for fun, let’s re-draft 2010 and see what it could have been with a little better scouting – obviously, hindsight is 20/20 – even if the Toronto Maple Leafs took one or two of the following players.
