Toronto Maple Leafs prospects: Adam Brooks is too good for the WHL

This past week Adam Brooks, Maple Leafs 2016 4th round draft pick, posted six points in two games. He a got one by doing this:

This kid is pretty good. Should he be in the WHL still? Brooks is scoring 2.27 points per game right now, totalling 25 points in the 11 WHL games he played this year, after being sent down at the end of Maple Leafs training camp.
