At least that’s what I thought before the Toronto Maple Leafs head coach, Mike Babcock started pouring more controversy into a pot that just simmered down.
“We’re just giving (Jason) Spezz a little more time on the penalty-kill,” says Babcock after Wednesday’s morning skate, “I talked to him quite a bit about this and what were doing, so were on the same page moving ahead.”

This is Jason Spezza’s 17th season, and it was supposed to be his 17th home-opener. He signed in his hometown for a league minimum deal to help this team and you mean to tell me that he’s not ready?
