The Toronto Maple Leafs shook their roster up slightly today by calling up four players from the Marlies. The players called up include: Tobias Lindberg, T.J Brennan, Kasperi Kapanen and Andrew Campbell. According to Sir Issac Newton “what goes up must come down.”
So four players who got to experience the NHL are now back with the Marlies. The players that got sent down are: Connor Carrick, Connor Brown, Zach Hyman and Rinat Valiev.

With only six games left in the Toronto Maple Leafs season it comes as no surprise that they want to give as many players an opportunity to compete at the NHL level as possible, even for a brief time.
