According to Taylor Haase and DKPittsburghSports.com, an NHL source has confirmed the Toronto Maple Leafs have signed free agent Garrett Wilson from the Penguins on Sunday.
Wilson is yet another addition to the list of unconfirmed signings GM Kyle Dubas and the Maple Leafs have made this past summer. While continuing to manage the Marner discussions and unrestricted free agent Jake Gardiner who has yet to sign with another team, Dubas has been tinkering around and adding depth to the Maple Leafs roster.
Wilson split this past season with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and Pittsburgh Penguins.
