Among the questions was what the Toronto Maple Leafs bench boss thought of the 3-on-3 plans for the team were.
“Best players are getting to play so I don’t care what position they play in, but obviously line changes are going to be cirtical for you; getting people on and off the ice people staying fresh. You gotta make your opportunities count ’cause the transition going the other way is dangerous. We’d like to win in regulation.” (Mike Babcock via Toronto Maple Leafs YouTube)
It’s interesting to think that the Toronto Maple Leafs could throw out three forwards, but I’m not convinced that would yield any positive results.
