After arguably their most embarrassing effort of the season on Wednesday night, the Toronto Maple Leafs will travel the QE2 from Edmonton to Calgary for a game against the Flames on Thursday night.
The two teams will square off for the second and final time of the 2022-23 season after the Maple Leafs were able to squeak out a 5-4 overtime win back in early December. During the first contest, William Nylander had a career night as he registered a five-point game that included three power play points.
The Leafs are in the midst of a five-game trip where the game against the Flames will be the third on the trip, while also being the second contest of three games in four-night stretch.
