Frank Corrado, Martin Marincin and Peter Holland were the Toronto Maple Leafs who opted for player elected salary arbitration, joining a long list around the National Hockey League.
Corrado is coming off a one year, $625K contract that he was awarded from the Vancouver Canucks. During his time in Toronto, Corrado played well in the sheltered role he was given.
His good play within the given role will net him an increase in salary, that’s certain, but thankfully for the Toronto Maple Leafs his role was a minor one that will keep cost down.
