Report: Leafs prospect Jeremy Bracco headed to Kitchener for 2015-16 season

Word across the #OHL is RW Jeremy Bracco – 2nd rd pick of the #leafs – has decommitted from Boston College and will play for Kitchener.

— Aaron Portzline (@Aportzline) July 24, 2015

If confirmed, he’ll play under head coach Troy Smith, former Leaf Mike Van Ryn (assistant coach) and Bob McKenzie’s son Mike (assistant coach). Without a tonne of quality depth on the Rangers, ice time and opportunity should not be an issue.

For Bracco, opting for the OHL over college has a few benefits from a hockey standpoint.
