The Toronto Marlies don't plan on slowing down anytime soon. And on Tuesday night, despite a slow start, they kept it going.
The first period was relatively uneventful, both teams were feeling each other out for the most part. The biggest roar of the crowd was from a big hit in the Toronto zone by John Scott. The period's only penalty was taken by T.J. Brennan but not much was doing.
The second period was much better for the Marlies as they drove play for the most part with some long penalties from John Scott and Brendan Leipsic mixed in.
