HALIFAX – The Guelph Storm won its final game of the round-robin portion of the Memorial Cup, defeating the Prince Albert Raiders 5-2 on Tuesday. Guelph clinched at least a spot in Friday’s semifinal, eliminating the Raiders from the tournament.
Nick Suzuki scored a pair of goals and set up Leafs prospect Fedor Gordeev for the opening goal of the game on a two-on-one in the first period.
