He’s changed a little from draft day. Not too much, though, since that was only back in 2015 where he was taken 95th overall.
Since then, Lindgren has played in the Swedish second-tier Allsvenskan leauge in the 2016-2017 season. He had good success there. He capped that off with even more success in the Swedish junior league where he won the championship. Then he dropped by Toronto last summer on an ATO with the Marlies. He did not see game action.
This season, he moved to the Liiga in Finland. I talked about his year in the European Report recently:
