The Leafs have completed a six-player trade with the Ottawa Senators.
Nikita Zaitsev, forward Connor Brown and forward Michael Carcone have been traded to the Sens in exchange for defenceman Cody Ceci, defenceman Ben Harpur, forward Aaron Luchuk and Columbus’ third-round selection in the 2020 NHL Draft (previously acquired by Ottawa).

In other news, as per @TSNBobMcKenzie, the Leafs are expected to sign forward Jason Spezza to a one-year deal close to the league minimum of $700,000.
