On Saturday the Maple Leafs traded the rights to restricted free agent Brad Ross plus their fourth-round draft pick (107th overall) to Edmonton for defenceman Martin Marincin.
Marincin, a 23-year-old native of Kosice, Slovakia, has played in 85 career NHL games over the past two seasons, all with the Oilers. In 2014-15 he had one goal and four assists in 41 games while average 18:39 in ice time per game.
