Karri Ramo joins the Toronto Marlies as the Maple Leafs search for a solution behind Andersen

What we know: The Toronto Marlies have signed Karri Ramo, who had been practicing with the Leafs earlier in the season, to an Amateur Tryout Agreement. Jhonas Enroth, placed on waivers yesterday, cleared without a claim and will now reside in goalie purgatory with the Marlies for the foreseeable future.

Ramo, 30, has been the Flames on-and-off starter for the previous three seasons, averaging 37 games played per year.
