The Maple Leafs have signed forward Nazem Kadri to a one-year contract extension.
Kadri, 24, registered 39 points (18 goals, 21 assists) in 73 regular season games in 2014-15. He was originally drafted by Toronto in the first round (7th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft from the Ontario Hockey League’s London Knights.
As reported by SportsNet’s Chris Johnston, Kadri’s extension is worth $4.1 million.
