Toronto dropped two games this weekend, losing to Montreal 5-1 and 5-2.
The Toronto Furies played two games last weekend against Les Canadiennes de Montreal, losing 5-1 on Saturday, October 3, and 5-2 Sunday, November 1.
Kim Deichendes opened the scoring for Les Canadiennes with a first period goal. The Furies tried their best to keep the score close, with only a goal separating the two teams heading into the third period.
But it would be Montreal who'd come out swinging with goals from Leslie Oles, Cathy Chartrand and Kim Deschenes, her second of the game, to run-up the score for Montreal and defeat the Furies 5-1.
