It’s a big day for hockey in Toronto. The CWHL All-Star game will take place today at 1:00PM. Last night, the captains selected the players that will make up their two teams.
Rumours were circulating that attendance is expected to be much higher than last year’s 6,000, but you can still buy tickets online.
Also announced last night was that the CWHL has two new big sponsors: Boston Pizza, and, interestingly, the NHLPA.
All of this may be moot however, as I submit this photo as evidence that the Toronto Furies’ Kelly Terry has already won the whole event.
