In game one of the WHL Finals last Friday, Toronto Maple Leafs centre prospect Adam Brooks was on the receiving end of a huge open ice hit by Seattle’s Turner Ottenbreit:
Brooks hasn’t played in a game since then, and in his recap of game four Greg Harder of the Regina Leader-Post said that Brooks is out with a concussion.
This is Brooks’ second injury of the playoffs, he missed a lot of the second round series vs Swift Current as well. The Regina Pats captain improved on his 120 point total from last year by scoring 130 points this year.
