Chris Johnston is reporting that the Toronto Maple Leafs will be sending goalie Frederik Andersen to the AHL Marlies for a conditioning stint, starting with Thursday’s home game against the Manitoba Moose.
Frederik Andersen will start an AHL conditioning loan starting tomorrow and should see action in half of tomorrow's Marlies game.

Andersen has been out since March 19th with an ailment and has been on LTI since then. He will remain on LTI during his conditioning stint, allowing the Leafs to still ice a cap-legal roster.
