2015 Free Agent Day: Glencross, Franson, A Check on Expectations

First, from Andrew Walker:

Curtis Glencross is turning 33 at the end of the year and has hit double digits in goals the last seven years running. He’s always been a high percentage goal scorer, as his career shooting percentage is 14.6%. Glencross was unhappy in his role with Calgary last season and requested a trade as he was no longer featuring prominently — his ice time was down nearly a minute from the year prior. He landed in Washington, where he added seven points in 18 games. A good scoring winger with size (he’s 6’1, nearly 200 pounds), Glencross has been one of the more underrated players in the league the last few seasons.
