Toronto FC made their second signing of the new MLS transfer window on Tuesday, signing Venezuelan winger Erickson Gallardo from Zamora FC.
Gallardo, 22, has been brought in using Targeted Allocation Money (TAM), and is the second player to join on TAM this summer, following centre-back Omar Gonzalez, who was signed a while back but can now join the team after the transfer window officially opened.
