Good news on Victor Vazquez still leaves almost quarter of roster nursing injuries with New England road date on deck.

Toronto FC midfielder Victor Vazquez gets a piece of Sounders midfielder Nicolas Lodeiro with TFC’s Michael Bradley closing in during the last MLS Cup final. Vazquez left Wednesday’s home date against the Sounders with an injury, but might be good to go by Saturday.

When Victor Vazquez left Toronto FC’s loss to the Seattle Sounders at halftime on Wednesday night, the injured midfielder was far from alone on the sidelines.

“We’ll deal with it,” coach Greg Vanney said post-game.
