According to a report from Argentina, Toronto FC may be in the running to sign 23-year-old forward Lucas Janson on a six-month loan, with an option to buy at the end.
Janson plays for Tigre in the Argentine Primera Division, a club that finished 24th in the table last season and avoided relegation by one point. He scored three goals and had three assists in 16 appearances for them.
As mentioned in the tweet above, Janson can play either out wide or centrally, with a strong left foot that could compliment TFC’s primarily right-footed attack.
