It looks like the offseason won't be a quiet one for Toronto FC, as they are already to improve on their league-worst backline for last season.
While the rumour mill continues to stir, it appears Toronto FC have made their first concrete move of the MLS offseason. Ahead of tomorrow's MLS Re-Entry draft, the club has improved the right side of its defense by acquiring Vancouver Whitecaps defender Steven Beitashour.

At 28 years of age, the Iranian international brings several seasons of MLS experience, having split his time in the league between the San Jose Earthquakes and Vancouver Whitecaps.
