Jozy Altidore’s 75th-minute goal wasn’t enough for Toronto FC, as defensive lapses led to a 3-1 home loss on Saturday to the Houston Dynamo.
It started off pretty badly, with Tommy McNamara scoring for the visitors in the fourth minute, and it got worse from there. Tomas Martinez added another goal in the 23rd minute against a TFC side that was without Alejandro Pozuelo, Omar Gonzalez, Jozy Altidore, and Michael Bradley.
The latter two came on as substitutes later in the game as it became apparently what the trajectory of TFC’s starting XI was in this one.
