Toronto FC may be out of the playoff race, but there’s still a reason to care in both of their final two regular season games. This afternoon, they take on bitter rivals the Montreal Impact in hopes of crushing their playoff chances. Then next week, the Reds will play Atlanta United, with their 2017 MLS points record on the line.
Last time TFC made the trip up to Quebec, it was for a lacklustre 1-0 loss on St. Patrick’s Day at the Olympic Stadium. In between that second game of the year and this second-to-last one was a 3-1 TFC victory at home back in August.
