It’s been the question of the tournament for the Canadian men’s national team: How in the world does John Herdman get all of his attacking talent on the field at the same time?
He has tried different schemes throughout the knockout stages, some due to rest requirements and others to see what positional flexibility he has. Now, there is no room for error. When the boys line up against Haiti, he needs to get the attacking mix right in order to see Canada through to their first Gold Cup semi-final in more than a decade.
The starting spots are between four players, all four of whom have had excellent tournaments.
