Toronto FC II lost another high-scoring contest on Sunday afternoon, falling 4-3 at Nippert Stadium to MLS-bound FC Cincinnati.
Tsubasa Endoh put the visitors ahead in the 24th minute, only for Forrest Lasso to equalize with a powerful header from a set-piece. Fanendo Adi then put Cincinnati in the lead come first half stoppage-time, but Endoh found the back of the net again before the half-time whistle was blown.
Endoh added his third in the 73rd minute – perhaps the best of the lot, but Corben Bone scored twice in the final quarter of an hour to overturn the Toronto lead.
