The Canadian men's U-23 team may have failed to qualify for this summer's Olympics, but they are already looking ahead. Today the Canadian Soccer Association announced that the squad will take on the Guyana senior national team in a friendly on May 15.
The match is expected to be played in Guyana. The squads for this roster will be announced in early May. Since the match is not being played during an international break, Canada could be without many of its MLS talents.
Guyana is a country located in northern South America, however they joined CONCACAF in 1961.
