In the top of the first inning, the Toronto Blue Jays jumped all over the ace of Cleveland’s stacked pitching line-up and didn’t let up on the gas for the rest of the game. They ended up splitting the four game series 2-2.
The Jays scored a season-high eight runs in the sixth inning . Tulowitzki started off the inning with a three-run home run driving in Saunders and Martin (both walked by Tom Gorzelanny). The line-up then singled and doubled their way to eight runs after forcing Cleveland pitchers Tom Gorzelanny and Tommy Hunter to face a total of thirteen Blue Jay batters in the inning.
