ANAHEIM, CALIF. - Marcus Stroman has lost some love in the Los Angeles Angels dugout and he’s getting more hate from Sportsnet analyst Gregg Zaun.
But one thing you can expect from the fiery Blue Jays pitcher is an emotional show every day he’s on the mound.
Stroman took some heat after his brilliant complete-game victory over the Angels on Sunday, most notably from Angels slugger Albert Pujols.
The Halos, like Zaun, took exception to Stroman’s fist-punch celebration, even though such reaction is more common in the game these days.
“All I know is he’s an animated guy, always has been and that probably ain’t gonna change,” Jays manager John Gibbons said.
