Late in the afternoon, Russell Martin walked through the Blue Jays clubhouse his head looking down, his expression seemingly angry, his body language foreboding.
“Media,” he said aloud to no one in particular, “get the f--k out of here.”
He looked like he was ready to fight anyone and anything. And it was all a show. “Anything for motivation,” Martin said after the Jays 9-0 whitewash of the New York Yankees. “Rafael Furcal used to do that, just to get the team together (in Los Angeles).
