Miller's post-season numbers for Indians simply amazing

CHICAGO — It’s impossible to overstate what Andrew Miller has meant to the Cleveland Indians’ post-season success.

The 31-year-old lefty has been mowing down hitter after hitter since second season began, but it’s not just that he’s been getting outs — Miller has been striking guys out seemingly at will and singlehandedly altering games.

With all that said, it should come as no surprise Miller now holds the record for strikeouts in a single post-season by a reliever, surpassing the mark once held by Francisco Rodriguez thanks to his dominant 2002 playoff run with the Anaheim Angels.
