Care to get your hands on a game-used jersey worn by Baltimore Orioles closer Zach Britton?
It’s a black post-season version of the jersey, which the Orioles say was worn by Britton during the American League wild card game against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Uh, game worn? Technically, yes, but a rather loose definition.
Britton inexplicably never got into the game, which was won by the Blue Jays on Edwin Encarnacion’s extra-innings walk-off homer.
The jersey is being auctioned off by the Orioles, with bids being accepted until Sunday (Oct. 16) evening. The most recent bid was for US$1,050.
