Everyone seems obsessed with Troy Tulowitzki’s worn-out glove — the subject of a bizarre amount of attention during these MLB playoffs, both on TV and in the print and on-line world.
But it has been his bat that has been wearing out the Kansas City Royals.
The Blue Jays shortstop got off to a slow start in the playoffs, his first two games in the ALDS against the Texas Rangers, he went 0-10, with no walks.
But since then, Tulowitzki has come up big time and again, particularly with runners on base, as was the case in Wednesday’s 7-1 win against the Kansas City Royals at the Rogers Centre.
