TORONTO -- On an afternoon when the Blue Jays secured their fourth victory in a row, 80 children from 10 Challenger Baseball Leagues across Canada took the field at Rogers Centre following the game for the Challenger Baseball Jamboree and a victory of their own.
Following the Blue Jays' win over the Astros on Saturday, after the Jr. Jays had finished running the bases, the 3rd Annual Challenger Baseball Jamboree took place on the Jays' home diamond. National Challenger Baseball Jamboree participants, each wearing their complimentary Blue Jays t-shirt and cap, were given the opportunity to play a baseball game on the field at Rogers Centre, all while receiving instruction from Blue Jays Baseball Academy Instructors.
