Baseball's all-time home run leader, The Sports Xchange, could soon be suing Major League Baseball for the way his career ended.
According to CBSSports.com, the controversial slugger is proceeding with a grievance that alleges baseball colluded to keep him from playing after the 2007 season when he set the career home-run record with 762 homers.
"Bonds technically couldn't file a lawsuit against MLB until the matter is first addressed through the grievance process, as the CBA doesn't allow it," CBSSports reported. Bonds' advisers are working with MLB on the grievance.
