The Toronto Blue Jays have made a series of roster moves prior to Tuesday night’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Recent acquisition Jimmy Paredes has been activated from the 15-day disabled list and added to the roster along with Pat Venditte, who is being recalled from triple-A Buffalo.
Infielder Andy Burns and relief pitcher Dustin Antolin will be sent back to the Buffalo Bisons after both players made their major league debut.

Paredes is the headline name from this transaction as the Blue Jays look to add a power tool and some level of positional versatility to their bench.
