According to Keegan Matheson of Baseball Toronto, the Blue Jays have signed left-handed pitcher Buddy Boshers to a minor-league contract. Boshers will report to Triple-A Buffalo, per Matheson.
Scott MacArthur of Sportsnet and Scott Mitchell of TSN were also among those to confirm the report, with Mike Wilner of Sportsnet The Fan 590 noting that Boshers will be going to Buffalo on Monday.
Boshers, 31, was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in 2008 and made his debut for the club in 2013, appearing in 25 games that season and pitching to an ERA of 4.
