Blue Jays: Ryan Borucki makes second rehab start for Buffalo

The 25-year-old sophomore was tabbed to be an integral piece of the Blue Jays starting rotation this season after an impressive rookie campaign in 2018. However, elbow discomfort in April sidelined Ryan Borucki for what was initially only to be a start or two, fast forward to today’s date and Borucki has still yet to pitch in the majors this season.

Borucki made his second rehab start for the Triple-A affiliate Bisons earning the victory over the Charlotte Knights. The southpaw tossed six innings allowing three runs over five hits while striking out six and walking one.
