Blue Jays ride two late comebacks to move into a Wild Card spot

The Toronto Blue Jays have been clawing their way into a playoff spot for most of the season, and while the odds of them making the postseason were at 9.3% on August 31st, the club has now found itself tied in the second Wild Card spot with the New York Yankees.
