Sunday’s finale between the Bisons and IronPigs was rained out. The two teams will make up the game in June as part of a day-night double-header. On Monday, Wade LeBlanc is scheduled to pitch the series opener against the Scranton Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.
New Hampshire Fisher Cats (8-13) – 3
Binghamton Mets (11-10) – 1
The Fisher Cats broke through with a win on Sunday against Binghamton in a game that saw just four hits from each side. Two fielding errors from Mets’ shortstop Phillip Evans were the difference, as all three New Hampshire runs scored against Robert Gsellman in the first inning were unearned.
