Wade LeBlanc pitched another masterpiece Sunday as he held the Red Sox in check. LeBlanc pitched his 4th straight game without allowing an earned run. The only run in the game was allowed with LeBlanc on the mound but it was not charged to him due to an error by Matt Dominguez. LeBlanc finished with seven innings pitched and only allowed five hits, two walks, and struck out six.
Offensively, the Herd was shut down rather efficiently but they were able to come up with a few timely hits. Darrell Ceciliani doubled in the bottom of the 4th and promptly stole 3rd base.
