KANSAS CITY - In a fitting but unfortunate way, it ended with Josh Donaldson at the plate.
This magical Blue Jays season. These wondrous last three months. The MVP trying to be MVP again. The kid closer trying to be hero again. A Blue Jays team that never stopped coming, went right down to the final at bat of the most exciting season in 22 years.
And this is it. Now over. We’re not sure yet how to feel. There was too much to take in. To much to see. To many moments, trades, signings, pickups, home runs and wins.
