TORONTO - Josh Donaldson’s big night in the Blue Jays’ walkoff win on Tuesday still looked pretty impressive the next morning.
Donaldson was the hero in the Jays’ 10-9 victory by virtue of his three-run home run in the ninth that overcame a 9-7 Chicago lead.
The walkoff shot into the White Sox bullpen in right was the cherry on top for the Jays third baseman, who went 4-for-4 with two homers, four RBIs, five runs scored, and a walk, In doing so he became the first player in franchise history to record at least four hits, four RBIs and five runs scored in a single game.
