Blue Jays front office needs to field the best team possible moving forward

The Blue Jays claimed their first series victory of the season raising their record to 8-12 after the first 20 games of the 2019 campaign. The team has played better of late but there is still some deadweight lingering around on the roster when better options could be had on the farm.

The Vladimir Guerrero Jr. fiasco continues to drag on and it appears that will continue while the team heads to Oakland sans Guerrero. The teenager will instantly replace Brandon Drury at the hot corner once he is promoted.

Drury has done nothing to help his cause or solidify himself a spot on the roster, the 26-year old is hitting an uninspiring .
