The Blue Jays signed Otis Nixon as a free agent in the offseason of 1995 although Jays fans may remember him best for being the final out of the 1992 World Series when the speedster bunted to end the game.
Nixon spent the 1996 campaign and part of the following season north of the border with the Blue Jays before the Jays shipped Nixon to the Los Angeles Dodgers for Bobby Cripps in August of 1997.
According to the Woodstock Patch Nixon was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, black sweatpants and a black baseball cap, with black Adidas shoes with white stripes.
